As a slow fashion brand focused on made-to-order production, we maintain minimal in-house stock to minimize dead stock and waste. Our primary method of operation is through preorders, where your item will be carefully crafted to your measurements and dispatched within two weeks. 

If you require a piece for a specific date, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and determine if it's feasible. 

Each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring quality and uniqueness in every creation.

The length of the classic abaya extends from the shoulder to the floor. Our abayas are available in a range of sizes to accommodate different body types and preferences. Please refer to our size chart for detailed measurements and guidance on selecting the perfect fit.

As a made-to-order brand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review all details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy. 

In the event your item arrives damaged or if the wrong item is sent, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.

In general, most of our inner layers can be machine washed on a gentle cycle or hand washed with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, and hang to dry or lay flat to prevent wrinkles. Our embellished and feather pieces require a little more care. 

To ensure the longevity of your abaya, we recommend the following: 

1. Spot Clean: If you notice any stains or spills on your feather abaya, spot clean the affected area using a gentle fabric cleaner or mild detergent. Dab the stain gently with a clean cloth, avoiding rubbing, which could damage the delicate fabric / feathers.

2. Store Properly: Hang your abaya in a well-ventilated closet or wardrobe to allow the feathers to maintain their shape and fluffiness. Avoid overcrowding the closet to prevent crushing or flattening of the feathers / embellishments. 

3. Professional Cleaning: For thorough cleaning, it's best to take your abaya to a professional dry cleaner experienced in handling delicate fabrics and embellishments. Be sure to inform them of the delicate nature of the garment.

At this time, we do not offer customization or bespoke services. However, we continuously strive to expand our collection to cater to a diverse range of preferences and styles.

Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing an order. Please note that all orders are “bespoke”, indicating that each garment is custom-cut and crafted for an individual upon order placement.

Orders are shipped via DHL express, ensuring swift delivery within approximately 2-3 working days upon production completion.
