RETURNS POLICY

As a made-to-order fashion brand, each piece is crafted to your specifications, ensuring uniqueness and quality. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before confirming, and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. 

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR FAULTY ITEMS

At Rūha Studios, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you receive a faulty item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly following these conditions: 

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. If we are not contacted within this period we will assume the item is delivered in good order. 
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • We'll provide an exchange for the same item or an item of the same order value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A customer can cancel/ amend their order within 6 hours; please note that all orders are “bespoke”, indicating that each garment is custom-cut and crafted for an individual upon order placement. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 28 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
